A landmark familiar to Oulu residents is set alight in a surprising setting. The work by three artists was created at the Frozen People x Lumo video mapping workshop. The visuals designed there coloured the Nallikari Lighthouse at the Frozen People festival in March 2024, and are now on display as a new piece of art in the windows of Pakkahuoneenkatu 9.
