Oulu Hall dome permanent lightning. The dome of Oulu Hall is like a islet rising from the water, and the theme of the lighting is taken from the dialogue of water. The basic program is static and describes the reflections of light in the shore water. A simple and calm look is aesthetically timeless. It also creates a counter force to the clean vertical lines of the new part and, together with the round shape of the hall, challenges dialogue.
